I have waited to give a review so I could see how my dog took to tbd change of food brand. I am still mixing some raw chicken/tripe with the kibble to give her variety, but she's not rushing to her bowl at mealtimes which I was hoping would happen with the SDS kibble. However I am going to order a small bag of a different flavour to see if she's just bored of the fish one for every meal. Fingers crossed

So glad we came across the sausage dog sanctuary food as Monty's coat looks soo shiny and his tummy is soo much better for it! 2kg bags are a good size as the food doesn't become monotones for the dogs. They are enjoying the salmon but I will definitely try the other flavours too

The food seems absolutely fine, just unfortunately my pup really did not like it. I think it’s much more crunchy than his usual puppy kibble. He just won’t eat more than 2-3 pieces of it before losing interest. Might try it again with some water to soften it because I like that there’s a variety of flavours.

I changed food from Royal Canin as our 6 month old dachshund didn’t seem very interested in it and after reading all the reviews For your food I brought a large bag. Same thing she isn’t interested but like the Royal Canin she does eat it when she feels like it, so not sure if we have a fussy eater or if she just knows when she is hungry that she has a nibble, she seems to be thriving so we not sure if this food is better or not.

Unfortunately my pup Koko didn’t like the Salmon flavor kibble. She has never been a fussy eater but she has been leaving biscuits in the ball every feeding time. It may be the flavor, apart from that the kibble looked really good, high quality with valuable ingredients. Such a shame my koko doesn’t like it :(

My little sausy girl Honey absolutely adores this food. She refuses any dry food usually without it being soaked or combined with a wet food. In this case, she was begging for more just as it was! It’s even better that I feel confident she is enjoying the food whilst getting all of the nutrition she needs. 10/10.
